The Fanvil X4U Enterprise IP Phone is a high-capacity SIP business phone designed to streamline workflows in call centers, executive offices, and unified communication environments.
Featuring a 2.8″ main color LCD plus a 2.4″ side color DSS LCD, the X4U supports up to 12 SIP lines and up to 30 programmable DSS keys via six two-color physical buttons, enabling dynamic BLF and line access.
Powered by a Harman Kardon speaker and supporting wideband codecs (G.722, Opus), the X4U delivers immersive HD audio through handset, speakerphone, or headset modes. Its full-duplex Acoustic Echo Canceller, noise reduction, jitter buffer, VAD, and dynamic gain control ensure superb voice clarity.
For connectivity, X4U offers dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE, bridging to a PC and supporting optional Bluetooth (via BT20 dongle), Wi-Fi dongle, and EHS wireless headsets (Plantronics, Jabra).
Built for enterprise-grade compatibility, it integrates seamlessly with SIP platforms like 3CX, Asterisk, BroadSoft, Metaswitch, Elastix and supports automated auto-provisioning (FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS/DHCP OPT66/SIP PNP/TR-069), VLAN, QoS, IPv4/IPv6, VPN (OpenVPN, L2TP), and 802.1x authentication.
Additional features include local and remote phonebooks (up to 1,000 entries), call logs, hot-desking, parking/pick-up, intercom, call forwarding, do-not-disturb, voice-mail waiting indicator, and recording support via USB drive or server.
Durable and flexible, the X4U supports desktop or optional wall-mounted installation, with ergonomic tilt adjustment and low power consumption (1.7–10.46 W via PoE).
