Return Eligibility
We take product quality seriously. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for any other reason, including buyer’s remorse, incorrect orders, or change of mind.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your product is defective, please follow the return process below.

Return Process
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@securegatesinc.com or 1-758-721-3434 within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
In your message, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Photos or video evidence, if possible

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. All returns must be shipped to the address we provide and must include the original packaging and all included components.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping for approved defective items is covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
